Vette: Hello friends, I am just a simple foodie living in Toronto and trying to live the healthiest and affordable life I can. Having been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2014 I have taken my health into my own hands and started a journey of dealing with chronic pain by treating it with natural medicine...food!
