Dear Tow Truck Man,
Thank you so much for all your help tonight. Without people like you we would be stranded on the side of the road, late at night in the freezing cold having no clue what to do. Once again thank you. I'm sure people get frustrated for the long time they may have to wait for a tow truck, but I don't think they realize how much you guys actually do for everyone. I hope your night continues to go as well as it was going when you left us!
