Dear Holy Spirit within me,
First off I must apologize for not being persistent in my studies and in prayer. I have failed yet again, however I am so glad we have a merciful God. I am also glad that he is sent you as the Helper. Though I do not know much about you, I know you are within me and guide me along the straight and narrow path. I do not always listen to you, in fact I probably do things against what you suggest more often. I apologize and I will pray that I will grow each and every day to follow your suggestions more and more.
Again I am grateful to have part of my God within me to help me, to heal me, and to give me strength.
