Aunty Dianne

Dear Aunty Dianne,
I'm not sure if you'll ever read this, but I'm writing it anyway. I don't know if I expect all these letters to be read, but I don't really care. That's not the point. The point is for me to write to those I love, enjoy to spend time with, who have impacted my life, or I've always wanted to ask a question or have a conversation with. I have yet to write to any famous people in history, but believe me it's coming. Anyway! This is your letter. How are you?
I heard it's rather cold there right now. Hopefully it'll be warming up soon. I thought I saw that in your guys' forecast. It'll be warmer this week or something? Lucky. I mean it's not cold here, definitely not -50, but it is cool out. I can't wait for summer. I'm staying here and I'm so excited to see what Newfoundland is like in the summer months. It'll be weird not to come home and I'm really sad about all the adventures I'll be missing there, but I think it'll be a good summer. I guess it's what you make of it right?
Have you been on any trips recently? Maybe you got away for a little bit this long winter? That'd be really nice. I told my parents for convocation I'd like a trip...they wouldn't go for it though. Guess I'm getting jewelry or something haha.
I hope this year has started out well for you and you're finding some time to enjoy the cold winter somehow. Have you gone up to see Nathan's house at all? I bet that's exciting to see your son with his own home! What an accomplishment! Hope Jordan is doing well too.
Love you.
Sincerely,
Yvette
