Dear Aaron,
I meant to write your letter while I was at your house, but that definitely didn't happen. That's okay though because I was having a blast travelling around with you and your family. You have no idea how much I appreciated you letting me stay at your family's home and hang around for those days, not to mention take me around to do some exploring. I had so much fun. It was like a mini vacation....a much needed vacation actually. So thank you.
I can't believe how close we've got from traveling to Russia together. I could say that for the whole group really; I never saw it coming at all. I'm so glad we did though, I've had so many fun times and adventures with you and the others that I'll remember for the rest of my life. I remember when we had the meetings last spring and I thought you were crazy, which didn't turn out to be completely untrue, but you did turn out to be an awesome guy (which Tobi and I had figured).
You can't imagine what you've done for me the past semester since we've returned from Russia. I've gone through some pretty rough times and I find I can always rely on you to put a smile on my face. Ask Tobi or Brit and they'll tell you that when I'm down I just mumble about how things would be better if I could just visit with you and Joss for a few moments. It's true really. You two are so ridiculous that I'm not sure anyone could frown at you guys.
I'm excited for the New Year and what it's going to bring. I can't wait for classes to start so I can see everyone from Russia again...almost daily! It'll be like Russia all over again. We'll get through with awesome marks (I promise) and have some fun at Russian mixers. I hope that you enjoy your other courses and that you're able to focus on all the academics you want to this semester.
If you ever need a place to stay, want to go exploring out in the Wild West, or just need to go for a coffee ring me up. I'll be there in a flash after all you've done for me.
Love you.
Sincerely,
Yvette
