Dear Michelle,
I apologize for not putting your letter closer to your parents or sister's, but then I'd just be lumping them all together right? How are you?! How's university treating you??? You're at U of L right? That's got to be nice. I miss Alberta so much and it's so nice down there (minus the wind). I guess it's kind of like Saskatchewan....flat...cold...snowy. Not a huge change haha.
I can't believe you're already in university and almost done your first year. That makes me feel extremely old, especially when I think about how I'm finishing this year. I feel like I was just leaving high school when you guys were all entering it, but now look where we are. Oh well! It's exciting for everyone :) How long is your program? Probably 4 years eh? Maybe you're on the fast track though?! Do you get placed around Alberta or do you have to stay in Lethbridge for it? Any possibility of you being placed in Saskatchewan so you could be close to home?
I saw you were on a trip recently! Jealous. I want to go somewhere warm, this weather is really wearing on me and I cannot wait for summer to break out the shorts and tank tops. Will you go home for the summer? Have you been helping Kathleen plan her wedding at all? I'm sure that's really exciting. You'll have a lot of fun, I promise. Wish I could be there.
I hope your courses are going well and you're enjoying it. I also hope you've made a lot of friends (Which I'm sure you have, you have a very bubbly personality) and are having a great time with them. You'll be making lasting memories these next few years.
