Dear Yvette

Dear Yvette,
I know I didn't really want to have double letters but I feel like tonight's unfair to anyone I write to because 1. You're exhausted and 2. You're an emotional roller coaster who doesn't really want to talk to anyone at the moment. Understandable, but this is going to be the last night for being sooky. You got your day and a half and now it's time to get back on track.
You need to bring yourself back down to earth; back to reality; back to the present moment and see through your own eyes. I feel like you've just been staring down at yourself from some high up place watching your body move around doing daily activities like a programmed robot. It's time to regain control, live your life to the fullest, not wasting a moment. You need to bring your focus back to school and God and remember that the small things aren't going to kill you. You're almost 23, you've made it this far and you're going to make it further. You've done so many things that you probably never thought you could have done. You can push through this now.
So push through this now and everything will sort itself out. You only live once and you might as well enjoy as much of it as you can.
Love you.
Sincerely,
You
